Jesus Is the Light

I joke sometimes that I'm solar powered. So on this shortest day of the year (which is so overcast here that it hardly seems to have gotten light at all), I need this reminder. Jesus tells us:

"I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life." -John 8:12
